Can someone teach me how to make a Pesach sponge cake that doesn't fall? Is the secret a tube pan (which I don't own  )?

I buy disposable tube pans. At least two, because I always double them up in case they leak at the seam (this has happened. You can reuse the bottom one after baking.)
I don't have enough room to store a real tube pan that I'm only using about once a year, for about $1 a year I just use the foil ones.
