I have vermicelli noodles and would like to use them up before Pesach. Does anyone have a noodle soup recipe like good man’s noodle soup?

Just follow the directions for water to consommé powder on the package. Make however many cups you want to make of soup and add the noodles in. I don’t think ratios matter. Whatever soup to noodle ratio you like.
