Why don't you ask the manager or your principal if there is closet that u can use. They can give you a walk in closet or any closet that a chair fits in.
They need to provide you with somewhere to pump.

My intention is not to cause the OP additional stress, but I just can't understand why it is so hard to stand up for something that has been a legal requirement for some time now.
You are not the only person this affects. Do you not think other women after you (frum women) will also be working and have the same need?

I use a wearable pump at work, and pump in my cubicle. We do have a place to pump but for me this is easier than locking myself away for 20 minutes. The wearable isn’t as strong but I can wear it for longer since it’s so discreet.

The person to talk to first would be whoever does their HR functions (they're the ones that understand that this is a legal requirement on them, not just a special request on your part). They will then coordinate with whomever is necessary to locate a compliant space.

She didnt say she doesnt work for the school directly. OP needs to clarify who her employer is and if she is paid on a W2 or 1099, to determine her legal rights here

That makes sense... but don't the yeshivas contract with DOE for SETSS? Feels like she would be covered in some way.
OP may not be in NYC, but I just found this document with public lactation rooms that might be close to the yeshiva:

Get a shawl or nursing cover and pump in your car. That's what I'd do.
I pumped for a year. I used my own classroom but if I couldn't I'd pump in my car do you have an adapter so you can plug your pump into the outlet in your car?

Thnk you everyone. I really am not so confrontational if you could not tell. I am a w2 employer for a very well known heimish agency. I do not work for the school, I work for the agency. My pump is wireless, its the blue spectra.

So then the obligation would be on your employer, not the school. Does the agency employ 50 or more people?
They would have to arrange with the school to provide a room, even if they had to pay for "renting" a space from them, or even arranging via a 3rd party company a temporary pop up room that can be constructed on school property. If the only option is your car, they would have to pay for privacy covers to go over your windows and windshields

I work in a frum school, I was basically laughed at when I told them I wasn’t comfortable pumping on the toilet. I ended up pumping in my car and taking a longer unpaid break. It’s not as simplistic as everyone makes it sound. If you make issues you can lose your job.

It is as simple as we make it sound. They legally have to provide a place for you to pump for up to a year, and they cannot make you take unpaid breaks to pump. And no, you cannot lose your job for filing a complaint with the state, because that is super illegal and you can easily sue them for wrongful termination, and either get your job back with lots of protections or get lots of money from them (or both)
The only reason it’s not simple is because people are scared to stand up for themselves, and scared to speak out when they know something is being done against the law. The employers hope you feel that way and take advantage of it, but really you have the upper hand because you can make their life a living h-ll by just speaking out

Before everyone starts panicking that frum schools don't care about anything, when I worked in a boys yeshiva, my pumping space was taken one day and I only had a short break so I ran to the principal who was in middle of talking to a few rebbeim and he stopped and helped me find a new space so I could maximize my time and have privacy. Not all yeshivas are the same

I actually have to pump during a session so I wont be getting paid during that time. Im going to ask my agencys HR rep if she can work something out with yeshiva

No one implied other yeshivas dont provide a pumping room. I am happy you have one

If your agency employs 50 or more people, you are covered under the pump act the same way you are covered under the FMLA act. Part of those rights are not losing wages due to pumping sessions, so legally they’d still have to pay you for that time. If the school pays the agency, and the agency pays you, then the agency still has to pay you for that time even though the school does not have to pay them for that time. The obligations are all on the agency, and it’s their job to figure it out with or without the yeahivas help
It’s really important to know what rights you have, and to stand up for them
