I buy at Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Saks, or any dept. store. I then reorder same color/shade/brand on eBay. I usually get unbelievably fantastic deals there.

If you know what brand and colors you need, check out ebay. I found some of my makeup for 1/3 of retail price, brand new.
