Is your height in your torso or legs? Do you have a hard time finding clothing, especially skirts that are long enough?
DD is “only” 5’8” and I have such a hard time shopping for her.

Did you ever consider modeling?

Are your children all very tall?

Hi thanks for the AMA.
Did you raise your counters so they are more comfortable to work on?
How tall is your husband?
Do you need to shop in different stores to get the sleeves and skirt lengths correct?

Lol. I’m also 5’11” and someone in the store today , asked me if I could reach up to the items hanging on top of the shelves , to take something down for her and then she apologized for asking if I could take down a second one. I told her “at least being tall comes in handy sometimes . But it’s not all the time . I tend to bang my head often or trip over little kids that I don’t see from all the way up here “. 😁

Hey
So My height is mostly in my torso, I don't have very long legs actually. I actually don't have such a hard time shopping, especially todays days when tons of stuff are midi/maxi... I stick mostly to skirts and sometimes low waisted dresses..
I don't have children yet so I don't know how tall they will be 🤔. My husband is like 5 ft 7 in and his whole family is tiny so it might balance out.
I'm not sure how to reply to specific questions as I'm new to this forum.

Hi
I didn't build a house yet, and I can't wait to have my custom kitchen lol. I'm in a rental and yes when I finish cooking I will have back pain for a few minutes..

How tall are your parents?

How'd you meet your husband? Do you mind the height difference? Does he mind the height difference?

Did it contribute to your confidence? Wonder if true when people say the taller you are the more confident you are because you have that edge

My parents are 5 ft 7 and 8. I initially was like there's no way I'm marrying a shorter guy, but everyone would tell me that I'll have giant kids and once I met my husband I wasn't gonna say no just cause he's shorter... an acquaintance was our shadchan. He doesn't mind the difference. I kind of do, but I don't want him to be taller, I want to be shorter.
