You should be receiving guidance from your elementary school on all dates and how process works. We were told Rosh Chodesh Adar aleph for applications

WOW!! I don't live in Lakewood and local to me and OOT is from after sukkkos-chanuka time. My 8th grader is already fahering now for local (to me) yeshivos and other OOT yeshivos.

I have a 7th grader but my friends with 8th graders say the same. They had a parent meeting right after sukkos to discuss where to apply and are already fahering now.

Out of town app are done earlier. Boys who apply oot hv often already heard back by now.
Years ago Lakewood mesivtas pushed off applications to after Jan so that the whole year is not turned into only mesivta focusing.
Op, I send mine back immediately. Why sit on them?
