Thanks!
My regular weekly soup has tons of vegies in big pieces. I assume for a simcha serving this many people, one would skip the vegies and just serve clear soup with kneidel? Or yes to the veg

I would put vegetables in the bowls, some and some, and people can take what they like, leave over what they don't
