Hey! Child of BTs here with barely any relatives at all and no frum ones. Just want to say that we have only wonderful memories of Chanukah as kids even though our friends had grand extended family parties. We chose fun suppers every night, had dance parties in the kitchen, had special treats and fun games, I loved Chanukah. Now I'm married to a BT and my siblings live far away so my kids are in the same position I was, but I'm not worried because I know how wonderful Chanukah can be even without a big family.
I know this isn't the point of this thread but I want to make sure you know that your child will be fine, you can and will have beautiful Chanukah memories if you want to.
