I have such a hard time with the concept of money. For whatever reason, I worry constantly about not having enough. This drives so much of my life, my work, my relationships etc. I'm working in therapy about how to overcome this.

I'd love to have a "mantra", pasuk, Maamar chazal, tehillim etc that I can say that really speaks to the combination of these two topics:
1) anxiety
2) money

Thank you!

Yup this!
Also, in conjunction with shaar habitachon, read Garden of emunah, bais halevi on emuna, and it’s all in the mind by rebitzen yosef.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I find it hard when people suggest a sefer, I really need a one or two liner that I can just tell myself when I get caught up in my anxiety.

השלך על ה' יהבך והוא יכלכלך
this is a good start, would love some more.

Every time saying Hashem’s name that begins with אד…. Chazal teach us to think:

אדון הכל. היה הוה ויהיה.

HaShem is the Master of all. He was, He is, and He will be.

Someone shared with my family that he was inspired after my DH’s Levaya to take this on. And he said that. Every time he worries about the past, it’s a chisaron (lack) in היה. And every time he worried about the future, it’s a chisaron in believing in יהיה.

He said it’s been life changing, as have some of my family members. I’m trying to remember this thought when I say Hashem’s name.
