Guys, did any of you know that after the wedding women look and behave differently than on the dates? I didn’t. She acted then like the world is all bliss. It’s a mikach taus, I mamesh think she’s a different person.
Is it normal?

Idk, is she pregnant? My minhag is to practice social distancing and to make all my tasks diburs these 9 months. My Rav says it's a zechuz for shalom bayis, nu nu.

I came home pretty late from work this Friday, about 1.5 hours before yt. I realized that my wife worked so hard and I wanted to buy her flowers. So I told her I was running out for a few. I drove around town and saw all the local places were closed already so I had to drive a bit more to find a place that was still open. I finally came home twenty minutes before shkia and handed her the flowers with a smile. Then dashed off to the shower. I came down after yt started and my wife is upset at me now. I don't get it, I just ran around like a chicken without a head to get her flowers. I lost all the time I was hoping to come into yt relaxed. I'm not understanding why she's so upset at me. Can anyone shed some light?

She keeps saying how she is not driving to the hospital when it's time to give birth I don't understand why she can't and if she really can't, isn't that why cabs were invented.

(one of my mothers neighbors came to my mother with this complaint, my mom had no sympathy for him)

I’m dying and my wife doesn’t care

I must have come down with the West Nile virus. I’m in bed with a high fever, everything hurts, I’m coughing so hard that I’m pretty sure I’ll cough up a lung soon. I need serious care but my wife just rolls her eyes and says “it’s just a cold. You’ll live.” Doesn’t she realize I might be on my deathbed here?!

My wife is dysfunctional. She's barely pregnant a month and she's lying in bed all day, complaining that she can't eat anything! You can't even see that she's pregnant yet. How can she be nauseous if she doesn't even have a stomach yet?
Did I make a huge mistake in marrying this person? Why can't she just act like all the other pregnant women in the world who go about their daily lives normally? The truth is, I think she's putting on an act and trying to take advantage so she can get me to run out to the store for ice cream in middle of the night. Well, I'm not falling for that shtick. She can go get ice cream herself.

DW came to me for help but won’t accept it!

DW was very upset about a comment her friend made. As her caring husband, I didn’t want her to go through this again and I gave her (somewhat obvious, IMO) advice; Dump the friend.

Instead of realizing that my advice would a) solve her problem and b) prevent it from happening again, she got all mad and said that I never listen to her (how does she think I came up with advice to match the story?! I listened!) and that she anyway can’t dump her friend because blah blah blah reasons.

What was I supposed to say? “Get your friend a big gift and thank you card for making you feel like a piece of garbage”?!

Why does she come to me for advice if she won’t accept it?
