What do I do? It is large and fully cooked and I do not think it will defrost in time. Worried that it will dry out in oven...any recommendations?

Whenever I’m concerned abt food drying out I put a pan of water under the food. Have the oven on 2-250 degrees f. As long as there’s water it won’t dry up.
