Can anyone tell me about these 2 hair treatments and what the benefits are of one over the other? In addition, why is Proaddiction only done in certain places and not others?

And on a different note - who would pay for something like this? Me or my daughter? I dont think it's a necessity at all but if other parents make their girls pay on their own for something like this I do not want to make mybdiaghte rbe the one to pay.

Thanks!

I've done MagicSleek several times and was pleased for the most part. But it differed by practitioner. Try and go to someone with a lot of experience. I was thinking of trying Proaddiction this time around. Only because it is convenient.

We do the Proaddiction I paused the first we spilt the second time but my dd earned what I put in . She about to do another and she is paying it’s $300. Definitely makes the hair more mangable but it will poof if over brushed which is Interesting and will start curling back after a few months but nothing like original. We did 8 months the first now my dd really wants another we are almost at 6 m. But she was in the pool a lot this summer

I have this same question - my daughter wants a hair treatment (I'm going to pay half) but we can't figure out what is the difference between ProAddiction & Magic Sleek. Trying to choose...

she's paying 300 and you're paying 300? Or it's 300 altogether?

So I have now done both. I actually don't really see that much of a difference. The ProA might take less time and you have to leave it in your hair for two to three days. I did not have to do that with the MagicSleek. They both changed the color of my hair after. Apparently with the ProA you can dye your hair right away. But I was told with the MagicSleek not to, that it was better two wait two weeks. The ProAddication was $250 in the Five Towns.

Wow! We paid 300 for my teen plus tips 5t. Can I ask who you use?
With proaddiction, my daughter was supposed to wash it out after 2 hrs. BH very happy with the results. Her hair color seems the same and she is so much happier after the treatment.

Would either work with fine hair that gets frizzy or only good for thick curly hair?

We did pro addiction in Lakewood. Was $400 and we had to leave it in for 24 hours. I made my dd 16 pay for it. We pay for everything she needs but this I felt like her hair is beautiful curly and totally manageable so wasn’t necessary.
I’m not thrilled with the results- the top is sooo straight and the bottom is still curly but not as much. But my dd is happy so that’s all that matters.

Bumping this up. Is it normal that it costed $600 because my daughter had “a lot of hair”
(She doesn’t really just very frizzy a bit longer than shoulder.) I’m having a heart attack.

This is for pro addiction. My daughter came home from treatment and her hair is still frizzy! I thought she will have bouncy curls! So disappointed.
