I am looking for a creamy chicken soup recipe.
However because of preference we don't add any vegetables to our regular chicken soup. (Apart from carrot, garlic and maybe onions too)
Is there a way to make my regular chicken soup creamy. Like with potatoes or rice or something else?

I can’t find my recipe but yeah I cook my chicken soup with a bunch of potatoes and chicken cutlets
When it’s ready I take out the cutlets and purée the soup, then chop up the chicken and add it back in to serve

I'm making this up, this is what I do:
chicken on bone in boil bag
parsnip
zucchini
celery or celery knob
onion
potatoes
garlic cloves
salt
pepper
cook soup
remove chicken bag
blend with immersion blender
chop up chicken and add back into soup
you can also do carrots, or sometimes I add raw carrot shredded into strings at the end and cook for a few minutes it looks pretty.

Do you mean cream of chicken soup? Chef tzippy on instagram has the best one I ever tried. It's delicious!

Super easy and delicious cream of turkey soup (tastes like chicken soup)
I make this every winter and it’s a hit. I don’t remember the full recipe but this is what it is in a nutshell:
Turkey thighs - baked in the oven with olive oil s&p until the skin is golden color with thick slices of zucchini in the pot
Add garlic
Almond milk
You can add any spices that you like during this stage - I like to add a small knob of ginger, you can also add dill which is classic in chicken soup in general
Puree in a blender
It’s amazing and worth a try
ETA a pinch of nutmeg pairs very well with the turkey and adds creaminess as well to the soup
