The famous pudding cookie, that I got from imamother:

1 cup brown sugar
Half cup sugar
One cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
Two eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups cake meal
Choc chips (1 cup)
Bake at 375 for eight minutes

1 1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup potato starch
1 1/2 cup matzha meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbls vanilla sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 pack chocolate chips
Juice of one orange

Mix everything together
Bake on 350 for about 15-20 minutes till sides are golden

Do these taste good? I have never had success making mezonos cookies and this year I didn't even buy cake meal

I do the recipe above. It’s fine. It’s amazing for pesach. The dough is very oily and crumbly, so ai use gloved hands to mix it and to press it into a cookie ball. And they don’t spread out like a regular cookie. Just know what to expect going in. Everyone loves them… for pesach cookies.

I've been making these for over 10 years. Everyone loves them.

Yes, I've tried them, and yes it's one tsp. I'll go edit.
I have one batch in my freezer now and am debating making more.
