Ingredients
3 eggs
1 3/4 C. potato starch
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. oil
Directions
mix ingredients together.
spread on 2 lined cookie sheets. bake at 350 for 10 minutes. cut into squares and bake another 30 minutes.
I find it's easier to spread the batter out if I put it on the cookie sheet then place a second piece of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin (I usually just use my oil spray can since I don't have a pesach rolling pin) to spread it. |
it just came out of the oven. it's yum!!
the batter is really sticky, we used parchment paper on top to spread the batter with our hand (on the parchment paper). put it in the oven with it because it didn't come off, but after 10 min. baking it came off easly

Glad you liked them. Yes, it's very sticky and we do the same thing with the parchment paper. It's the only way to spread it out.

Anyone else getting nauseous just reading this thread?!
Seriously, after one day of saying "take a yogurt, cheese, avocado, fruit" I'm done!
