My favorite Potty seat

When I was toilet training my daughter I searched online for a portable potty seat that I could use both when out and about near facilities, and also when driving along the highway with no rest area in sight when the inevitable cry comes from the back seat, “I hafta make.”
The one seat that I finally found to meet both these needs was the Potette Plus.
I ordered a seat and tried it out.
I have to tell you that I absolutely love it! A few days after getting the pottette we traveled to NY. Every time my daughter announced her need to make we simply pulled over to the side of the road, snapped open the seat, and she did her business.
When my boys need to make on the side of the road, its no big deal, but I was dreading the days when I’d have to take my daughter. This pottette solved that worry for me, since she can sit comfortably without any worry of wetting her clothing, socks, or shoes.
I highly recommend this seat.

Another thing that I found useful when training were these training pants by Kushies.
My daughter had a lot of accidents so these were great at containing accidents, and minimizing the cleanup.

THat's a great seat, I've had one for about 5 years now since my oldest trained. I keep it in the back of my van and still if the public facilities are nasty my older girls (7.5 and 4.5) will use it in a pinch.

Now if only I can get my 2.5 year old son to potty train...
