cold strawberry soup- blend a bag of frozen strawberries, add some sour cream and sugar(dont know exact measurements) and I once blended it with a can of cherry pie filling and it was yum... basically you can do anything

I dice and cook sour apples, nectarines, peaches, plums, apricots and cherries for about an hour. when it's cooled down slightly I beat the liquid slowly with a couple of beaten eggs, so the soup becomes frothy and fluffy. I freeze them in containers, and put a scoop of sherbet ices in when serving. yum.

ambroza.
defrost a whip (do not whip) and mix in a bag/container of frozen strawberries, can of tangerine segments (with a little of the liquod), and crushed pineapple (with some of the liquid)
when serving in bowl, I place a slice of kiwi on top for color contrast.
my husband has been telling me about this recipe for years, I only had guts to make it this past shavuos as it seemed strange to me to eat unwhipped whip- however it actually tasted very good, and was so easy!

I just had a new one by someone's house:
blend frozen sweetened strawberries, can of peaches and whip topping.
YUM!
Another one I know is:
1 cantaloupe, 6 peaches, 2 cans pineapple, 1 defrosted OJ from concentrate.
Blend all together. Serve with blueberries or any pieces of fruits.
