Looking for a delicious French Roast recipe that doesnt have duck sauce or anything sweet in it and that can be made ahead and frozen.....thanx

saute' lots of onions and garlic in a large frying pan. Then sear the meat on both sides till brown. Put in a seperate pan and spice with salt pepper and garlic. Make sure to add the onions and the garlic to the meat. then bake covered for like 1 1/2 hours. keep checking it. let it cool and then slice it up. It will probably still be pink inside. then you can reheat it in its juices.
I would suggest after slicing it to freeze it in the pan and then when your ready to serve it heat it up so it can have its final cook right before serving.
