How high or low should I leave it over YT? I want to be able to put food in there in the morning (possibly still frozen) and have it warm, but not dried out, 3-4 hours later.
I also don't want to leave it too high so the kitchen doesn't get too hot.

Really? That seems a bit high to me. I don't want to bake anything, just warm it up.

I do 235 but food should be fully cooked and somewhat defrosted.

Oh, I thought you wanted to cook from frozen. Are you talking about cooking before and freezing?

225 is the ideal number. Mine can only be on 200 or 250 so will make it on 250 iyh

No, all the food is cooked, but some will be frozen.

Do you find that your kitchen gets hot?

225 to 250 max. It will take a few hours to reheat, depending on how big/dense the items your'e reheating are. We usually keep it at 225.

I was going to say this. We leave ours at 225 or 250 I think. Putting in frozen food is risky, I wouldn’t do it. It might not be ready on time.

I like to make some fresh food on YT like veggies so I leave the oven at 300. If everything is cooked and your just warming up 225-250 is perfect.
