I think if plastic will enhance your shabbos because you cant handle cleang up then you should use plastic. However there are some people who love real dishes and don't like plastic... for these people, real dishes enhance their shabbos.

In the end I used Fancy paper...and I havent enjoyed my shabbos this much in a long time!!

I just went to Sam's Club and bought major amounts, I was so much more relaxed and clean up was done in a snap!

Thanks for all the advice!

yeah you fill the sink up with hot water and pour some soap in, before shabbos. Cover it with some tin foil. And then as the meal goes on, you just slide the dishes in and the warm water removes all that hard to get "stuff" off. It really works well!
