recipes for toaster oven

any ideas what can be made in toaster oven, I don't have an oven for pesach but I do have a toaster oven... some recipes would be great!

almost anything you would do in a regular oven-kugels, meat, etc. Just keep the temperature lower than the recipe says or it will burn and cover for most of the cooking time.

recipe for toaster oven--

some screws, metal, grate, knobs, gears, heating element. mix it all in a factory in china using human labor. wait six to eight weeks for shipping.

seriously, though, if you eat gebrokts, matza lasagna is great. just use matza instead of lasagna noodles.

layer--

sauce
matza
sauce
shredded cheese
matza
1 lb cottage cheese
matza
sauce
shredded cheese
top with onion powder and oregano if you like it

bake till cheese starts to brown a little on top.

you can also place the pan in a frying pan filled with water. cover lasagna with foil and turn on the flame. refil water as it boils out.
