True, but it has gotten much better since my breasts got smaller (aka soggier) from nursing.

Partly. we eat healthy food, vegs. rarely fry food. plain chicken cooked in the soup. delish.
we're not big on junk food.
water is my drink every day, lots of it.
I do allow myself a morning coffee.

TPBM doesn't have her own car. Shares with dh or teenage son/daughter.

Most nights. In bed. I whisper to Hashem, thanking Him for all He did for me/my family that day.
I list the things down to the minutest. And ask Him to Help us further.

TPBM is still finding it difficult to get back into regular life and routine after the "high" of the Yamim Tovim.
