Over the years I have learnt that, not only do we not do laundry on Shabbos (48 days a year, 52 in a leap year), on Pesach (8 days) ,Sukkos (9 days), Shevuos (2 days), Rosh Hashono and Yom Kippur (3 days) and several fasts, but now we can't do it on Rosh Chodesh either (12+ days) - are we the Chosen People (For Disposable Clothing)?

365-95 = 270
so the answer to your question is: on the other 270 days of the year
as far as the 12 days of Rosh Chodesh (more when two days Rosh Chodesh) - males can make washes, so it's not like your washing machine can't work on those days. I prepared a machine full of clothes last Friday and on motzoei Shabbos (Rosh Chodesh) the machine washed them, though I had nothing to do with the washing and drying (other than give orders 8) )
hey, it's not like you can't make washes for 95 DAYS IN A ROW!!!
