I believe that even in the hardest times everything is from above. We always need to trust hashem.
I also think all the time that the weight that I am and the weight im trying to get to was decided by God so as much I can I try but I cant do more than I could. My principals are try and try but ultimately its upto Hashem.
Whats for dinner?
Leftovers, of course!
What was the most beautiful place you've ever been to?
I haven't done anything yet. Still waking up. But since my therapist is off this week. I'm gonna take the time my boss expects me to be late to make some phone calls I've been putting off
My day started out kind of stressing in the morning and then was a little bit more stressy when I got into work but now it's calming down Thank God
Tell me about the kind of chair you sit in during the day
I'm glad your day is now calmer. BE"H it shld get even better.
Interesting question.
Work - I prefer straightbacked.
Relax - single seat couch that opens up to rest feet on.
Also have plastic chairs and beach chairs for the balcony.
My husband has a swivel chair that leans back. S/times I sit on it.
Tell me about what kind of cushion you like to sleep on?

I have a pillow which is so smushed it is almost flat (I've had it for ages). It's the best. If I sleep with any pillow with more volume I end up with a stiff neck.
Tell me about something you learned to enjoy, although it didn't come easily.

Getting used to living in Eretz Yisrael. Far away from my family. Different mentality than what I was used to. Different language. etc. Now I wouldn't go live in any other country, bl'n, unless we really h
had to.
Tell me about courses you've attended in the past.
I took a course to learn mental health first aid geared to youth. It was very interesting and I think everyone should take a course on mental health first aid just like you would for physical first aid.

Profound and important question. Have to think into it - can't be the same way all the time.
"Singleagain" perhaps you want to answer your question, so I have an idea what exactly you're asking? Not only for the sake of posting an answer for this game, but for my personal knowledge and perhaps for others who are interested too. Your question has intrigued me.

I realize I did not punctuate properly I actually meant like when you want a little treat a little pick me up you know donuts chocolate ice cream coffee that kind of thing
I was referring more to spoiling like how do you spoil yourself
I probably could treat myself better like in general I don't always take care of myself first or I don't have energy I decide something's not so important and push it off but I'm insisting like I I know I do know that if some of these things were happening to a friend I would encourage her to do the things that I don't do for myself so yeah but that wasn't really my thing my question
It was how do you spoil yourself Tell me about that

Thanks, dear "singleagain", for your clear and honest answer. Now I understand what you mean.
Please note: when I asked you to answer your question, and stated one of the reasons - for my personal knowledge. I didn't mean - curiousity about your life.
Personal knowledge: I meant, to learn from you tips how to treat myself better.
- Sometimes I buy for myself a bit more costly ice-cream cone, and eat it in the quiet of my room while reading a book.
- I buy a Jewish frum magazine (Mishpacha, Binah) for me for Shabbos.
- For Pesach and Sukkos, I buy a new book for myself and one for my children.
- I listen to new Jewish songs and music.
imho: treating myself is relaxing with something.
I'm the only one of my immediate family (dh and children) who can read English fluently, so there's no fights of whose turn it is to read the book or mag.
My husband (sefarim) and children read (mag. books) in Lashon haKodesh, Yiddish and Ivrit.
Tell me about how you buy yourself and family new clothing - do you buy every season? Every Yom Tov?

You're welcome although the truth is your your question made me stop and think because how you treat yourself not as in a spoiled but in how you consciously everyday treat yourself it really did actually make me stop and think how do I do that So thank you because it for you know making me stop and think
To answer that though and for a tip the story below
When I was one time hesitating to make an expensive purchase for myself my friend asked me if I was saying I wanted this would you hesitate to buy for me and I said no and that's what made me realize that sometimes you just kind of got to remind myself that I am also worthy of the love that I give so freely to other people I guess if that makes sense it it's hard I'm I'm so much harder on myself than other people I'm I don't forgive myself as easily for what I perceive to be screw-ups
But yeah my my tip to treat myself better would be I got to try and remember more often to stop and think what I say the same thing to my best friend that I am saying to myself right now and if it doesn't ring true for my best friend why is it okay for me
A little bit of the inverse of love your fellow as yourself because I think I love them more than I love me so I kind of got to remember to love me like I love them
As for clothing I buy it when I need it sometimes like especially on browsing my mother and those are really gorgeous Amazon something and I'll jump on Amazon and I'll impulsively buy it But I try not to impulse buy too much because that is not a good habit to get into
I don't have immediate all my immediate family is my generation and up so I don't really buy clothing for anyone other than myself sometimes for my mother if I know that she's needing something cuz she hates shopping so I will do the shopping for her and then you know either on Amazon I rarely go out to the store myself so I'll order some things for her she'll try them on and then will return them but as it's an as needed kind of thing and not for any specific season I I would still wear clothes from high school if they fit because I don't care about the style
Tell me about a social I'm trying to figure out how to phrase this question a social conformity that you appreciate like like if you like to to wear the same style shirt or shoes or whatever is anyone else do you have anything like that tell me about that
