I saw recipes be4 but cant find them now! I need to make a parve crockpot soup for shabbos day!!
Any ideas FAST?????

Yes... black beans or any other kind of beans (you don't need to soak them), rice, tomatoey base (water and tomato paste, or water and tomato sauce, or even ketchup and water), spices (bay leaf, whole peppers, salt, saute some garlic and onion), finely cubed carrot, some heat if you like (hot pepper powd or chili powder, can you add it just before serving? not sure halachically if you can, not sure how it will behave if added to the slowcooker)
Plus some veggies that you have on hand.. I wouldn't use potatoes (because you already have starchy beans and rice), but a bit of sweet potato or pumpkin would do well, maybe zuchhini, canned chopped tomatoes? Celery...
