I mentioned this on another thread just recently...
I have a recipe for chili rellenos (Mexican stuffed peppers), but they are chalavi and not meat...
I will post it separately, since this is in the meat section

they make adorable mini peppers that aren't burny, My mother buys a whole bag of them in costco, haven't really seen them in the regular fruit stores.

I actually just bought a bag of them from costco yesterday and I wanted to make the stuffed peppers recipie with rice and chopped meat... I just dont know it......
they are regular peppers, just in mini, not jalapeno or hot peppers....

ground beef,
eggs
matzah meal
spices
rice
peppers
tomato juice/sauce/soup/whatever
mix first 5 ingredients, stuff into peppers, cover in tomato product, bake or boil.
