Would it work to make this for Shabbos Day in crockpot?
How early could I start cooking it?
Has anyone done this? Pareve?

I make crockpot soups for lunch all the time in the winter. I put it in the crockpot and turn it on the moment before I light candles. Please don't tell me I can't do that--for crockpot food, it needs to mostly cooked OR completely raw when shabbos starts. Either is the completely halachic.

Yes that cots correct . Completely raw food is fine to cook on Shabbos. But how do you make sure the water doesn’t boil out ?
Also can you pls post recipes ?

I don't use a lot of recipes, I just throw stuff in. For food that will cook for 18-24 hours, I generally don't use meat or chicken. Just broth or water/seasoning, lot of veggies, and sometimes barley or chickpeas. I fill the the crockpot up all the way with water and cook on low. I've never had an issue with it boiling out.

I would advise to cook the pasta separately and adding to your bowl before you eat.

You could heat cooked pasta Shabbos morning on top of the crockpot.
