I heard that two people from Camp Chaviva broke away and are starting this camp.

I know a group of girls from CBY that applied there in case CBY doesn't open. I gather it's a with-it BY type crowd.

I also heard that it's going to run for 5 weeks.

Is this camp opening this year? Any idea what kind of girls they’re accepting? Last year sounds like they had all diff kinds of girls whose camps didn’t open. Please any idea?

I don’t know the overall “camp vibe” but I can tell you that from my students who go there (and love it) what type they are. they are very chilled, fun-personality bais yaakov girls. Very good tznius girls that have simchas hachaym and like to have a good time. I think the vibe of the camp is more make your own fun type in a relaxed environment. These girls are from NY (not Lakewood) not jappy but with it, regular…I don’t think brand names matter much. hope this helps.

BY Frum, from all over!!!!! (Not typical camp that lakewood girls goes to...)
5 towns, Miami, LA, Baltimore, Brooklyn, Lakewood, Cherry Hill, and really from all over!!!!(over 80 different places)
No pressure on brand names. everyone's friendly and accepting!!!!

This is not a new camp. My daughter went the past two summers and loved it. It's for regular BY girls. Tznius, fun girls who have good values. Rabbi Neuman is phenomenal. They run a beautiful program with emphasis on yiddishkeit and being a good person. More comparable to girls from chaviva than bnos.
