Beat (no need to separate) eggs for 10 minutes, add 1/4 cup sugar slowly, add the whipped whip, add flavoring (Vanilla, peanut butter, melted choc, crushed cookies etc) ...freeze amd its yummy ice cream.
I do 6 eggs for 250ml whip (before whipped up) so adjust to how much u have left over
