Yes schools cannot turn you away. (Unless there is preregistration for some reason)

Bnos yaakov in pine park had tuna and a challa roll today
I went to tehillas chaya Sara. Got there at 1:05. Line wasn’t long but they were out of boxes. (It looked like they had some but were only giving them to certain families (there were 2 frum men there directing the Mexicans & they seemed to have boxes available for some cars but not others- maybe school families got) We got orange juice & pita. I’m assuming that I am allowed to go get lunch elsewhere.

They probably are only giving to school families... they told us to come early but I saw non school families were there early too.
