Does anyone have a good recipe? I like mine spicy (I love the one from Bistro Grill, if anyone has tried it!)

Here is what goes into mine:
saute onion, garlic, and beef, add basil, oregano
add tomato paste, water, tsp sugar, paprika, salt
Spiciness can come from paprika or crushed red peppers. More garlic will also give it a bit of a kick.
