tums, would that help my son yesterday?

He had a yogurt in morn, then after working all day, and eating nothing for hours, he had shakshuka for supper, at a late hour. He was jumping.

Tell me what take along lunches I can send him, that doesn't need to be reheated, is portable, not messy to eat in a car & is not perishable in a ca?

Take a long lunches for Dankbar: noodles. Also, coolers and thermoses work really well.

Singleagain, favorite donuts brand... well, I haven’t eaten Cholov Stam in years and live out of town, so I will eat any cholov Yisroel/pareve donuts I can get my hands on! If you’re coming my way, please bring a cruller! I’ve actually had friends bring me back when they’ve gone into New York 😊! Getting me in the mood now... And this is one case where homemade is NOT the same 😞

BH no toxic friends but I have accomplished becoming more assertive and it is power!!
