There is a childrens sefer torah being written in kfar chabad for the safety of israel. The lubavitcher rebbe expressed a great need to fulfill this mitzvah. For just $1 you receive a letter for your child along with a certificate. Even if your child has one there is an inyan of having a special letter in a torah only for kids.
