When davening for a choleh we say Ben/Bas Sarah. When davening for a ger or giyores that was niftar we say Ben/Bas Avraham.

What is the mother is Jewish and the father is not? I understand for tehilim you say the mother's name but what about after 120 years and the person was nifter?

Then it is always ben/bath "mother's name",even when being called up for the torah...

My children are from my first marriage to non Jewish man . Our Rav told us they can be called to the Torah either: ben my new husband (step father ) , my father (grandfather ), ben Avraham , or me, their mother . My children chose their step father .
I am anonymous to protect anonymity of my children .
