Most people do want to help. And when you are nice to customer service they are grateful and react more kindly... you catch more flies with honey than vinegar as they say.

These days, breathe and stay at home mom. Once upon a time I got my master’s in mental health counseling... it’s still there waiting for me... the plan was to do play therapy but in the past few years, been considering bereavement therapy

( My husband tells me I’m morbid but to me it’s a part of the cycle of life.)
Happiness is listening to my kids giggle because they are outside in this beautiful weather playing with shaving cream and making a royal mess but who cares because it’s shaving cream and washable and outside.
Supposed to rain tomorrow and we left everything out...! I spray painted furniture—my fun and easy way to upgrade hand-me-down furniture... gotta go bring it in to the garage! Thanks for the reminder to check the weather!
😆 love your response. I don’t remember much in terms of academics but I do remember the wonderful role models I had as teachers. What’s coming to mind super randomly is that (am I using the word correctly??) my principal would always encourage us to sit in the front row for a speaker. That we shouldn’t leave it empty.
