What is the simplest and most Halachically correct way to have clean boiled water for the three consecutive days of Yom Tov/Shabbos?

personally I have no problems at having water that's sitting in my chinuk for 3 days but here's one thing thing if you want it to reboil you add more water to an electric chinuk (pump pot or other type thing) you can do that on Yom Tov. So use your chinuk and then erev Shabbos add more and assuming you're adding enough water it will automatically switch to reboil mode and then you're set.
I'm assuming that's your issue? If not can you clarify?
Another option is use an old fashioned tea kettle and put it on the blech before Shabbos.

by adding more water on erev shabbos to the electric pump kettle. although for some pumps it could become problematic. for example our pump has lights a red one when it boils and once the water is boiled a green light goes on. if we add cold water the lights change. so we have to boil the water first on the stove and then put it in the kettle.

oh that's a thought. I hadn't even thought about that reboil button. Good thing to know for next time I have to add water to the chinuk.

it's one of those things that sound completely obvious once somebody's told you. Oh well. I feel like when I discovered you're not allowed to use a slotted spoon after having been using it for the cholent for the past who knows number of weeks. I figured I'm taking good from bad what could be the problem?  Oh well!

put a coffee urn up ... save that water for shabbos ... and boil each day as you need ...

I have a sixty cup urn and boil water in a pan and put it in the urn when it goes low
