It was delicious and nutritious (don't carrots and cucumbers count for something?)!

Though probably not as delicious as it would've been with Boca's sushi gloves LOL

Asking seriously:
Is sushi an acquired taste?
Is it really raw fish?
Is it healthy?
As you can see, I'm too phobic to join the sushi party!

Yes.
Depends.
Depends.

You can get cooked fish sushi but I personally don't like it.

Is it healthy? A brown rice quinoa blend roll with salmon and avocado is pretty healthy. A deep fried tempura roll w white rice, sweet sauce drizzle, and maybe some fish hidden in there - not as healthy.

I'm actually avoiding sushi in the 9 days bec I consider it a treat........

I hear that "do you eat sushi" is going on the admissions questionnaires, right under "do you have a TV" and "what color tablecloth do you use on Shabbat."

All the more reason just to send all your sushi to me.

Fold a small piece of paper (like a chopstick wrapper) into a small rectangle, put it in between the two chopsticks, and then secure them with a rubber band. That’s how children (and my mother) learn how to use chopsticks.

Sushi tongue occurs AFTER you've eaten the sushi -- not before.

Rice needs to be sticky in order to hold the sushi shape, so how does that even work? Scratching Head

I'm feeling very smug right now, because my grandfather insisted that my sister and I learn how to use chopsticks by the time we were 3. He worked for a Japanese company, and he didn't want to be shamed when we met his boss.

I can pick up a single grain of rice with chopsticks! Very Happy
