Hi I am hoping someone who works for omni can help me with the issues I am having.
I started a case through omni (for the first time) a week ago and I kept having trouble with the app. I had been relying on wifi so I finally got a data plan on my phone today, and the billing is due tomorrow... and I keep having the same problems!!
I keep getting a message that my student's mandate must be fully scheduled before attendance can be added.
I can't reach anyone now. Is this something I could do on my computer, through a portal?
How can I access the omni portal and do my billing through the computer? Is it the same login information as the app?

It could be done through the portal. If you get stuck then the best person to reach for help is Evelen at Omni at extention 123. She responds fast by email.you do not have to have the billing in by tomorrow. You could wait till tomorrow to talk to her.

I want to enter the session notes now. Do you think I will have to redo everything after my "student's mandate is fully scheduled"?
