Ok, I am totally in the datrk when it comes to meat and I grabbed this at the store because, well, the price was right and there wasn't too much left.
Anyone know what to do with Kalichal Roast?

cut up carrots celery and onions & garlic ... put meat on top and sprinkle with black pepper, garlic powder & tons of paprika ... in a large pan on top of oven - when natural juices start to evaporate add a bit of water to help make gravy ... cover the pot ... cook for maybe 1 1/2 hours ... it's easier to slice when not so hot ... so if warming up for another day ... cut while cold and heat in the gravy ...
