If you nursed your twins, did you have a twin nursing pillow? Did you nurse them at the same time? I'm trying to figure out what additional things I need. I have all of the basics from my older kids.

I used the my breast friend twins deluxe pillow, but honestly, it took me a very long time before I was able to comfortably nurse them together.
When they still needed me to manipulate their heads, plus I needed to hold myself, I really needed two hands per baby even with the pillow. Once they got old enough that I just needed to hold and position myself, I had an easier time nursing them together.
It is a time saver, but I never preferred it to nursing them one at a time.
Hatzlacha!!!
