I just toilet trained my 2 1/2 year old. At night I put her to sleep with a pull up because she sleeps in a crib. Most of the times she wakes us totally dry. Can I reuse the pullup the next night or is there a health issue?

I never thought of any health issues! I used to let my daughter wear them, up to max. 3x each pull-up, for night use.
But I never told her that they were from the previous night b/c didn't want her to start thinking that she could wear her 'day' underpants again and again, as well!!

I use diapers at night (my son wakes up wet!), but I've reused a pull-up by day. Unless she's worn it for many, many hours and it might be smelly even if dry (just like underwear...sorry if TMI)
