I haven't owned a hamster in quite some years, but for the 8 days of pesach, focus on lots of different varieties of veggies. Careful not to overdue it with the wheat. Matza is not very healthy for many animals.
(***DO NOT GIVE AVOCADOS. THEY ARE HIGHLY TOXIC TO ANIMALS, AND WILL LIKELY KILL THEM.)
