I love spaghetti and meat sauce. For me, it's such a treat, I consider it fine food, fit to be served on shabbos.

I love that & it's soooo easy! When my brother was little, he used to call it "smashed meat"

well... recipe ... let me see
I put 1 - 2 lbs lean ground beef in a pan ... cut up onions and fresh garlic, spice with garlic powder, black pepper & oregeno... brown the meat ... add a bottle of marinara sauce + more of same spices ... and some spanish olives with pimentos ...
eat it over pasta - any shape ... and yum ... quick and easy ... and delish ...

Wow! You're more adventurous than me. I brown over the meat (no oil or margarine), When it's cooked, pour marinara sauce over & mix well. Pour over cooked spaghetti.

I always spice the meat, however, ground beef does have plenty of flavor and without spices isn't so bland. Especially if you're adding tomato sauce anyways.

When u posted this originally I got in the mood so I...
Sauted onion and garlic in a tiny bit of olive oil. Added grated carrot and zuchinni. Then added the ground meat. When it was browned, I added tomato paste, water and spices.
I served it over spaghetti and it was YUM!
