I ordered six kirbies and got what I think is six pounds! I already made big cucumber salad for shabbos and there are still many, many left. any good ideas? any easy pickle recipes? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

"Greek" cucumber with yoghourt.
"Polish" cucumber with vinegar and sugar.
Do gherkins?
