Boil up a box of jumbo shells, rinse in cold water, set aside in a large zip bag in the fridge. Next or you could do this first, make mashed potatoes. Fry up a huge onion until brown mix into potatoes with salt pepper and garlic powder. Stuff this into the shells. At this point I had to run out to get kids from school so I put them in the fridge, forgot about them for a cople of days. Today in the hugest skillet I could find, I browned more onions (like 4 or 5)and added the shells for a min. TOTALLY fattening, but good.

This was one of the side dishes I made for my friend who just had a baby. Her hubby is a real meat n potatoes kinda guy!
