I'm pg b"h and my stomach is very sensitive to anything acidic. I'm looking for an easy to make non acidic salad recipe that's not full of mayo! That means no tomatoes, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic etc.
Is there such a thing?? I'm starving here and I can't look at another peanut butter sandwich!

What about just drizzling some olive oil and adding whatever spices you like?

u could do a watered down version of a mayo dressing- use olive oil, water and just a nit of mayo... and add in wtvr spices/herbs u want. I like doing this because the mayo helps the dressing stick to the salad...

I read this as non-alcoholic. Drunken Smile

How about just oil, salt, sugar? You could add a tiny drop of vinegar/lemon and dilute with water to make it easier on the stomach.

Anything you like. Garlic, onion, dried herbs.
Trader Joes has a spice mix called "21 seasoning salute" that I like a lot. I use it in many of my homemade dressings.
