I bought two baskets of mushrooms and would like to use them for a salad for Shabbos. Any ideas as to what I can do with them?

mushroom and tomato salad.
splash and pinch of all: lemon juice, olive oil, fresh crushed garlic, salt and pepper

I do a portabello mushroom salad. Its meant to have fried portabello mushrooms in but I love using fresh regular ones. Gives a much fresher taste to the salad.
Its lettuce, cherry tomatoes, honey glazed almonds, mushrooms and onion croutons.
Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp paprika

theres a really really good one in the lubav purple cook book
it like has fresh parsley and alot of vinegar.
