Bought mock crab for the first time but have no idea what to do with it for shabbos. Want to make a yummy salad for my husband and his friends... My husband never had real crab leg alone the fake stuff... So I want something full proof yummy that doesn't have too many complicated ingredients... Thanks !!

Kani salad
I let the mock crab defrost, then chop it up into small pieces
2-3 kirbys chopped up
1 avacodo diced
handful of rice krispies
for the dressing:
I mix mayonaise with a spritz of sriracha sauce and lemon juice
sprinkle on sesame seeds on top
it's always a hit!

I make a crab salad that everyone loves. Really easy too:
1 pkg crab sticks defrosted, cut into quarters and pulled apart (or a pkg of the lump "crab" separated)
a couple of stalks of celery chopped
1/2 red onion chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
a couple of spoonfuls of mayo
salt, pepper
a couple of shakes of cayenne or some kind of hot sauce (optional).
Mix everything together and let sit for at least an hour for the flavors to meld. Serve a scoopful over some lettuce with thin slices of tomato and cucumber on the side.
