Which Shabbos recipes posted here have you found to be foolproof and adopted as family favorites ?
Please mention by name of recipe and name of poster for easy reference or paste and copy, please.

This Apple Kugel recipe has become a family favorite.

5 large apples, peeled and chopped in small pieces

blend eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Add flour and baking powder. mix well. Add apples and mix until just combined. Pour into an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 1 hour or until light brown.

I would say that most are foolproof because most recipes submitted are from people who have tried them & are offering them to those who need a kugel, chicken or dessert etc recipe.

I cant remember which poster or in which thread (I think the one about frozen green beans), but the ones with soy sauce, sugar and oil (equal parts).
Absolutely delicious, foolproof, and soooooooooo easy to make. I think I have made them every week since I found the recipe, and each week the guests (different ones) comment. I have given the recipe over to a few people, and they all managed to reproduce.
Definitely a favorite in our house!

I serve the beans hot Friday night, but I eat any leftover Shabbos day, cold or room temp. re using fresh green beans, never tried, but I assume that besides adjusting cooking time, should be fine...
