My host told me her chicken cutlets with peppers was from the bobov cookbook but I don't have it
can anyone help me with the recipe.
It's breaded cutlets with peppers and a sweetish sauce.
She skipped the breading and I liked it that way just fine.
I really appreciate it!

Breaded or in a batter? Is it sweet and pungent chicken?

I'm assuming this is it.
sweet and Pungent Chicken (From culinary creations- bobov)
3 lbs chicken cutlets
Batter:
4 eggs
4 T water
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Saute:
1 onion
1 large green pepper
1 8oz can mushrooms
Glaze:
1 15oz jar apricot jam
3/4 cup ketchup
2 T brown sugar
Combine batter ingredients.
Dip cutlets cut into little pieces into batter and fry.
set aside.
Saute veggies in the same pan until soft.
Combine glaze ingredients and add to sauteed vegetables. Pour mixture over cutlets and bake uncobered on 350 for half an hour.
